This Saturday, Georges & Cerika are exhibiting their Bohemian Art pieces and lapidary work at the Saturday Market in Ganges on SaltSpring Island.
When?
Each Saturday, from April through the last Saturday in October. From about 8:30am – 4pm, rain or shine.
* During summer months, watch for vendors setting up closer to 8am. (Official dates: April 2 – October 29, 2011)
Where?
Oceanside at Centennial Park in the heart of Ganges on Salt Spring Island, in the Gulf Islands of
British Columbia on Canada’s west coast.
What’s so different about this market?
It’s the Homespun Guarantee.
Vendors must “make it, bake it, or grow it” themselves, and all products must be “vendor produced and sold”. These simple mandates are the essence of this market.

As relatively new comers on the island, we will always be located in a different spot in the market from one week to the other. So, it will take a little digging to find us. On the other hand, that’s also a good thing as it may give you a good occasion to browse throughout one of the most amazing Saturday markets of the Gulf Islands.
